At One Print Away, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Processing: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet entered the printing or production stage. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at support@oneprintaway.com /+1-(877)-940-5396.
After Processing: Once an order has been sent for printing or production, it cannot be canceled.
Custom & Personalized Orders: Due to the nature of custom prints and personalized items, cancellations are not allowed once production has begun.

Refund Policy

We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product due to our error, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, you may request a refund after we verify the shipment status.
Refund Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom-printed and personalized products.
Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse.
Orders where incorrect information (such as shipping address or design details) was provided by the customer.

Return Policy

As most of our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If a return is required, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
